Compatibility is a dimension, not a claim.
A replacement tip for a WSP80-pattern iron has to do three things at once: slide into the spring sleeve, seat against the heater and present the working face at the same height as the original. If the shank is 0.1 mm oversize it will not slide; if it is undersize it will wobble and heat unevenly.
We publish the series and the geometry, hold the shank to ±0.05 mm, and confirm the iron model before shipping. The model names on this page are used only to describe which iron a tip fits. They are not a claim of origin.

Are these original Weller parts?
No. XANJO makes independent replacement tips. WSP80, WP80, LHT and XHT describe the iron interface and are used only to explain compatibility. XANJO is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Weller or any other original equipment manufacturer.
How do I know the tip will fit?
Send the iron model and a photograph of the empty spring sleeve. We confirm the shank diameter and the insertion depth against the series before shipping.
Can I order a mixed set?
Yes. The minimum order is 20 pieces per geometry, and codes from different series can be combined in one shipment. A mixed sample set is the usual way to start.
Do you publish the plating thickness?
The plating build-up is stated on the batch report. We do not put a thickness on the page that we have not measured on that batch.
