Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to the information you send us when you ask for a quote, a sample or technical advice. It applies to this website and to the email correspondence that follows an enquiry.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

The enquiry form on our contact page asks for your name, company, email address, country and a description of what you need. We also see the ordinary technical data your browser sends when it requests a page, such as IP address, user agent and the page requested, in the web server log.

• Correspondence and quotation records created while answering your enquiry

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not buy contact lists.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry data to identify the product you need, prepare a quotation, arrange samples and reply to technical questions. That is the only purpose. We do not add enquiry addresses to a newsletter, we do not sell or rent them, and we do not use them for advertising profiles.

4. Legal basis and retention

For customers in the EU and UK, we rely on the steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry and keeping records of it (Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after the last exchange, then delete it, unless a longer period is required by accounting or export documentation rules.

5. Cookies and analytics

This is a static website built with HTML, CSS and a small amount of JavaScript. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies, loads no third-party tracking scripts, and does not fingerprint visitors. The JavaScript on the site only operates the mobile menu, the news topic filter and the enquiry form button. Server logs are used for operation and security, not for building visitor profiles.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or object to processing, and request a copy in a portable format. Send the request to info@xanjotips.com and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence.

7. International transfers

We are based in China. If you contact us from the EU or UK, your enquiry will be read and answered there, which means the data you send is transferred outside your country. We limit that transfer to the staff who handle your enquiry and apply the safeguards set out in the contract or quotation we agree with you. Ask us if you need the current transfer documentation before sending sensitive information.

8. Changes and contact
