Terms of Use

These terms cover the use of this website and the information published on it. They do not replace the commercial terms in a signed quotation or order confirmation, which take precedence for any purchase.

1. Scope and publisher

This website is published by XANJO Precision Technology Co., Ltd., Dongguan, Guangdong, China. By using the site you accept these terms. Product descriptions here are general information; binding specifications, prices and lead times are those stated in our written quotation and order confirmation.

2. Independent replacement parts and trademarks

XANJO manufactures independent replacement parts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Weller, Hakko, UNIX, Apollo or any other original equipment manufacturer. Brand and model names are used on this site solely to describe which machine or station a part fits, and should be read and written as “for Weller WSP80” or “WSP80-compatible”. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this site implies that a XANJO part is an original manufacturer's part.

3. Dimensions and compatibility

A/B/C/D dimensions and the shank tolerance are stated on the drawing issued with the quotation. These values describe the part we grind; they are not a warranty that a part will fit a modified, worn or untested heater. If you are replacing a part on a machine we have not listed, send the model and a photograph of the socket so we can confirm the fit before you order. Drawings and revision letters on the site may change as profiles are improved.

4. Compliance declarations

RoHS and REACH declarations are issued with a shipment on request, on the basis of test reports we hold for the material batch. Bare soldering tips are passive consumables and are not within the scope of the EU Machinery, Low Voltage or EMC directives; accordingly we do not CE-mark them and do not describe them as CE certified. A CE declaration applies to equipment, not to the consumable tip. Documentation required by a supplier review should be requested before the order is placed, so that the current issue can be checked against your specification.

5. Quotations, samples and orders

Figures published on this site — 400+ geometries, 12 platforms, a 20-piece minimum order, samples in five working days and dispatch of stocked items from stock — describe our standard offer. They are not a binding delivery commitment for a specific order. Lead time, Incoterms, payment terms and packaging are confirmed in the quotation. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in published dimensions or prices.

6. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Text, drawings, photographs and layout on this site belong to XANJO or its licensors and may be used for evaluating our products, not republished as your own catalogue. Customer drawings, samples and tooling information supplied for a custom geometry are treated as confidential, are used only to make that part, and can be covered by a non-disclosure agreement before they are exchanged.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is provided for general guidance. To the extent permitted by law, XANJO is not liable for loss arising from the use of this site or from a part selected without confirming its fit against the published drawing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory protections applicable to you in your country of residence.
