911G tips: blade first, because the joint is usually large.
The 911G handle is a 150 W-class high-frequency iron, and the joints it sees are rarely small. Blade and wide-chisel faces dominate the range, with horseshoe and bent codes for through-hole pins and recessed work.

What it is
A 150 W iron with a face that can use it.
A 150 W station can deliver more heat than a 40 W iron, but only through the face that touches the joint. That is why the 911G range is built around blades and wide chisels: they spread the heat across a ground plane or a connector shell instead of concentrating it on one pin.
The clamp seat is the other half of the story. The coil has to sit at the right height inside the handle, and the tip has to clamp square to it. We hold the seat to ±0.05 mm and confirm the coil height against your handle before releasing the order.
Published geometries
911G codes, faces and typical joints.
Face width is quoted as the class for that code. The exact A/B/C/D dimensions for a specific part number are issued with the quotation, not estimated on the page.
| Code | Face | Working width | Typical joint |
|---|---|---|---|
| 911G-PC-DV1 | Blade | 2 mm class | Drag soldering connector rows |
| 911G-PC-DV2 | Blade, wide | 3–4 mm class | Ground planes, shield cans |
| 911G-D | Chisel | 2.4 mm class | General pads and lugs |
| 911G-2C / 3C | Horseshoe | 2–3 mm class | Heavy through-hole pins |
| 911G-N | Bent chisel | 2 mm class | Recessed joints beside a housing |
Codes are listed by face family. Variants with a different width, bend or reach are ground to order; send the drawing or the joint photograph and we will confirm the code.
Compatibility
What it fits — and what to check.
| Machine or holder | Interface | Note |
|---|---|---|
| 911G-150W handle | 911G clamp seat | Direct fit |
| 911G compatible stations | 150 W high-frequency output | Confirm coil height |
| 910 / HSV handles | Different sleeve or clamp | Not interchangeable |
Model names describe the machine a part fits. XANJO replacement parts are independent parts, not original equipment manufacturer parts.
Dimensions
Four numbers define the part.
A is the overall length from the seat to the working face. B is the shank or body diameter. C is the width of the working face. D is the reach from the seat reference to the face — the number that decides whether the part can touch the joint without the housing fouling the board.
We hold ±0.05 mm on the shank and seat, and we issue the drawing revision with every batch. If a dimension is not measured, it does not go on the drawing: that is why some codes are marked “drawing on request” rather than filled with an estimate.

Questions we are asked
911G fitting and ordering.
Will a 911G tip fit my station?
If the station uses a 911G handle with a clamp seat and a 150 W high-frequency output, it will. The variables are the coil height and the clamp diameter, so send the handle model or a photograph of the empty seat and we confirm before shipping.
Why are most 911G codes blades?
Because the joints this iron is bought for are large: ground planes, connector shells, shield cans. A blade puts a line of heat across the joint instead of a point, which is faster and less likely to leave a cold fillet.
Can you make a custom blade width?
Yes. Blades are ground on the same line as the standard range. Send a drawing or a sample tip, and we will quote the profile with a five-day sample lead time.
Are these OEM parts?
No. XANJO makes independent replacement tips. 911G describes the machine interface only.

If this is not your machine.
Send the part number. We’ll send the drawing.
A code, a machine model or a photograph of the holder is enough. We reply with the geometry, the A/B/C/D drawing and the specification within one working day.
